"What use to be a great clinic to take your kids has now become a Baptist hospital owned nightmare. Schedule when your kids are going to be sick because as I was told by the front desk, "walk-ins are by appointment only now. They only allow so many a day." Don't get me wrong, I love dr. Cecil but with the clinic being under Baptist Health, I wouldn't refer anyone to go here."

"If it were possible to leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I have been a patient in this office for a long time, and why I didn't switch sooner is beyond me. If you enjoy calling an office multiple times with no answer, being left on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time, and being hung up on regularly, THIS IS THE OFFICE FOR YOU! While the nurse practitioner has always been amazing, the doctors are hateful. The staff members are not only rude, but incredibly unprofessional (bashing their office manager IN FRONT OF PATIENTS!). After trying to get in touch with someone for FOUR DAYS for a prescription refill, I have finally had enough with this office. They will blame it on being bought out by Baptist Health, but as a long time patient, I can assure you this office has been a joke for a very long time."

"Wonderful office. You get a human when you call and not a recording! They try to accommodate your requests on the same day or within 24 hours whether it is refill requests or office visit with the doctors. The doctors, nurse practitioner and staff are top notch. Highly recommend this office!!"
