"This office does not demonstrate loyalty to its customers. Don’t use this agent if you want to feel like more than just a policy number. When presented with a question of whether an email claiming to be from State Farm was legitimate or phishing, they didn’t do their due diligence in looking into the matter. It took them weeks to give me a wrong answer. When I expressed my displeasure with their poor work on the issue, I was met with nothing but nonchalance. They claimed to have called me and left voicemail messages. I searched my phone records and found no calls from their number. When I mentioned that I was considering seeking another insurance provider, they presented no interest in keeping my business. I was shocked to see how little they cared to keep me as a customer. This is not the mentality of a local business. This is an overly corporate approach."

"Not great at calling you back. Went through them for the mortgage purchasing my house and was told "we won't sell it " been switched twice in 7 years. Had trouble getting the proof of mortgage interest paid and took 3 calls and had to go around them. Had a little inherited money coming to me and before it happened they were like "call us to help you invest ". 2 calls no contact and wound up going with an Edward Jones office less than 2 tenths of a mile from the office. Recently was looking in to changing jobs where I wouldn't have insurance, called and basically no follow-up until I called again so...yeah probably looking at changing home and auto. If I get a good rate and decent follow-up it's a no brainer"
