"The doctors were very friendly. The nurses were as well, though they seemed to be a bit more "no nonsense". That's understandable though. I have family in nursing. It's not easy. Still, overall a friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend downloading the Norton MyChart app. It makes check-in a breeze"

"I came here a few years ago because I was having hip pain. They thought it was a torn muscle in my hip which would require surgery. After an mri with a dye, I found it wasn't that. They called said it was my scoliosis, nothing they could do. Once I didn't need surgery, they didn't want to have anything to do with me. Went back to my PT for scoliosis and he suggested I wear a heel lift. I did and it helped with my pain tremendously. Finally went to a new orthopedic specialist because I'm still having some hip pain when I bend. Same as before. Found a torn muscle outside my hip. Doesn't require surgery so I guess norton orthopedic doesn't care. I start physical therapy for that Wednesday. The be specialist I go see is a doctor at Ellis and Badenhausen Orthopedics."

"I give them two stars for the potential to be better, but thus far my experience has been the worse I’ve ever had. The Assistant I met at the office seem to know what she was doing and was going to get to the bottom of my pain. However, after that initial visit, someone dropped the ball and here I am several months later with no results. I think the issue is clerical, but until I actually get something done, I won’t know."

"Was in a mva 3 weeks ago and still no appointment for the issues I've been having.They claim PIP with car ins needs to be verified first which I have a letter stating it is and gave their office all the claim info. Called 4 different times to check what was going on and still nothing, each time they have to call me back after its verified. Ridiculous! Wouldn't trust them with my care"
