"worst customer service of my life ordered cushion covers, paid $60+ for 2-day shipping for my son's bday. they show up 3 weeks late with what appears to be glue everywhere inside the box—completely damaged and unusable... i send an email, no response. use a different email on their website—no response. both emails are apparently discontinued? is this business even real?? i talk with the chatbot on the website, they say sorry they will open a claim and i will be contacted within 24 hrs... a WEEK goes by... nothing. I call today... get voicemail to leave a message... i leave a msg this might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I either need a refund or a new product shipped ASAP. completely unacceptable. i actually DO want the product. please remedy this situation."
