"The fridge delivered was in bad shape. Dirty interior and small roaches inside the water line and underneath the unit, going into our kitchen area. It was requested to be removed and the Porter team picked up same day as drop off. The driver was very professional, my review is on product. It appears my account is still active and trying to bill me as well? Operationally there is a big opportunity here to improve."

"They refuse to work without. When asked if they can all they do is say ok and not make notes to where everyone there is calling you all week while your at work. When asked what’s the total pay off they all give you different numbers and it’s always higher then what you know and see is owed. This is not the place to buy anything. Better off buying from somewhere else."

"It was easy and fast to get furniture. My only issue has been in making the payments over the phone. They call, without fail, the week the payment is due. Various people, making different demands about how much is owed at the time, and why they are asking this amount at the time. Nobody has talked to whoever made the original call, and then they have to backtrack to figure out why the amount is not the same as in the original call. Apparently, if you talk to the right person, only THEY can help you out. If you show your frustration, they accuse you of being rude, but truly, how can one NOT be frustrated? That is why I'm rating it 4 stars."
