"I am highly disappointed with their customer service. I was told a certain time frame for my curtains. The time frame was extended to 3 weeks. No one would give me a reasonable explanation. I tried speaking to Paul (owner) in regards to a discount for the increased wait time he refused. He also refused to speak to me. My phone calls were never returned prior to trying to communicate with them. They just did not take my business seriously. Save your time and find another facility."
