"I had a appointment and had to wait months in advance, did the e check in which stated 9:20 to arrive and my appointment was 9:30. Walk in at 9:20 and was told that he will not see me as you have to be here 30 min. In advance. Will if they told me that I would of came 30 minutes in advance. I'm having major foot reconstruction surgery in 2 weeks so now I have to wait another 4 months to get in to a different GYNO! Illgo to a different practice now. I will not recommend or come back to this practice. Horrible expectations with no explanation. Plus I waisted a hour round trip to get here and gas and my time."
