"My children have been going to Dr Saifullah since they were born and we have had nothing but the best care. He truly cares for the welfare and health of my children. My oldest is too old to see him anymore and hates that she can't. We highly recommend Dr Saifullah!"
"All four of my children have been going to Elizabethtown Pediatrics since youth or birth. They are all adults now. Dr. Saifullah has always been available for questions and concerns. He would always advise the necessary steps to take in any situation and many times would even meet us at his office when needed. The staff at Elizabethtown Pediatrics always show they care and when & if I needed to call for sick appointments, I was able to get one the very day I called."
"The kind, friendly and caring staff welcomed us 14 years ago when we were new in town. Dr. Saifullah has never disappointed us with the care he’s provided to my children. He’s on call all hours into the night and even operates a telehealth service that we’ve also utilized when the time warrants. It’s very obvious that the man loves what he does and puts his heart and soul into each day of life. Also, his staff is always there for us and they go out of their way to help us for whichever the reason may be. The office hours are more than I’ve seen at any of the other offices around. We can’t thank Dr. Saifullah and his staff enough for everything they’ve done for our family."
"This place is ok. It's not the worst but it certainly isn't the best. The pediatrician and staff are nice for the most part and no major medical errors were committed. My complaint is that everyone seems clueless. The pediatrician and nurses could never remember what my children were in for. They could never remember my oldest child's name and kept calling him a girl. The pediatrician never seem to know how old my children were and that caused him to say misguided things at my children's Well Child Visits. It's as if the Pediatrician and nurses do not read and check your children's charts out. I was the one who had to remind and correct the Pediatrician and nurses of everything and had to keep correcting them on how to pronounce my son's name and that he wasn't girl. My son doesn't even have a difficult name to pronounce. You will be treated kindly if you choose to go here but be aware you will have get a lot of misinformation and you will have do a LOT of reminding and correcting because nobody checks the charts."
"Truthfully wouldn’t even put a star. I have two health insurances and one paid for my child’s visit then told the office they were no longer covering which I have not even been given proof of because they wanted the other insurance to cover the visit. Well, the insurance they want to cover it isn’t accepted at the office because it’s only used in a few state. So Humana is waiting for a denial from my other insurance before they cover it again. Considering they covered it once and now all of a sudden they are not do to me having two insurances because we had just moved here. I called the office explaining this and they said they will not see my child until it is paid even though I have health insurance and show proof of coverage. They stated they will not see my child until her previous visit is covered. Which again was cover then all of a sudden is not covered and now I’m fighting with both insurances. So now my child will not be seen and she has been sick for three days now unless I pay for it out of pocket which makes zero sense since I have health insurance. I do not and will not recommend them. I will not pay for a visit that was once already paid for."
