"Terrible service! Do not do business with this comany! We are a military family who bought a house in August 2022 and unfortunately had to file a claim in December 2022 due to a leaking pipe INSIDE the wall. We found out yesterday that our policy was cancelled, however, we did not receive any prior mail/email/phone call or voicemail notification regarding this issue. We called today to see why we were cancelled and they informed us that we owed them $40 from September 2022 and then stated that the claim we filed “was preventable.” Had we actually known we had a $40 balance due, we would have paid it immediately. This company apparently expects their customers to have have X-ray vision to see through walls! I recommend paying extra money to utilize a business with integrity, such as USAA."

"If their agents would actually call people back and also actually send them their policies or do anything that requires even the least of work...it's awful. I've referred people the last few years but I let them know first thing that it will be an insane challenge getting their actual quotes, calls returned, paperwork or policies even after finally getting those....it will be the worst they've ever seen but the prices are better in the end."

"I wish I did not have to leave a star at all. I have dealt with them for over 2 years. I had not had many issues with them and Brad usually did pretty good getting back to me and answering all questions I had. They got me insured thru Trexis because Brad had said that was the best rate. I had anticipated a certain amount being taken out as that was my monthly payment. I checked my bank account and it was $120.00 more than my monthly payment. I called Trexis to ask why they told me they had requested proof of my prior insurance from Bluegrass and they never provided it in time so they charged me $120.00 more. I called Bluegrass they were very unhelpful Caroline was rude and acted like they did nothing wrong and at one point tried to blame me for their mistake. She then called Trexis and called me back and said they had billed me before they sent in the paperwork so they could not change the billing amount and the best they can do is refund me $120.00 over the next 10 months that is 12 bucks a month. They had no problem taking it as a lump sum but cannot give it back to me as a lump sum which is ridiculous. I have asked for someone above Caroline and Brad to call me but yet to hear from anyone. I will be taking my business somewhere else and will not suggest them to anyone."
