Pick up process was smooth. Box spring is lovely. But I did not pay $151 to have this brand new queen box spring come with a yellow water stain! It was wrapped in plastic so I'm not sure how it happened, but regardless, it's very noticeable since the rest of the spring is bright white. I'm pretty upset that this happened when I paid so much. I would expect this if I paid $70 for it on facebook market or something."
