"Their furniture is beautiful and very high quality... but you can find similar items for much lower prices at almost any other furniture store. The concierge service was very rude when I called to cancel an order that hadn't even shipped yet. Their cancellation policy is also very weird and puts the customers in an uncomfortable position. They make you call the person who helped you place the order in store, and cancel verbally with them... forget about discretion. Why even have a customer service line when they don't do customer service things?"
"Bought an over priced couch, waited a year for it to be made. Noticed creaking from the couch and requested repair. They had to make a whole new couch cause they couldn’t repair it, waited another year to get the new couch. Got the new couch and after a year of use it creaks just as bad as the first one. On top of that the couch is really uncomfortable, feels bad for our backs, and overall not worth the overpriced price tag they put on it. Avoid this store, they do not make quality products."
"I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Arhaus has been. In June, my family and I ordered a large amout of moneys worth of furniture, and the entire process has been an absolute nightmare. 1. Order Placed: We placed our order with high hopes, excited to receive a new couch, coffee table, dining room table, and chairs. Little did we know, this was the beginning of our ordeal. 2. Multiple Stories and Conflicting Information: From the very start, we received nothing but conflicting stories and false promises. First, we were told that the coffee table had finally arrived but would be shipped with the dining room table, which was supposed to arrive the following week. Ten days later, we hadn't received any updates, so we called back. 3. Lack of Transparency: To our shock, we were told that the wood for both the coffee table and dining room table was supposedly on a boat heading to California. When we asked about the coffee table that was supposed to be in stock, they had no answers and claimed they didn't have one on hand. As for the promised one-week timeline for the dining room table, they couldn't provide any explanation or assurance. Bafflingly, in a later conversation, we were informed the materials were coming from Mexico. 4. False Shipping Information: If you check online, you'll see that the tables and chairs we are waiting for currently have a shipping estimate of 5 weeks. This contradicts the promises made to us. It's clear that the information provided by this store is inaccurate and unreliable. 5. Disappointing Customer Service: Despite our salesperson, Janice, being helpful, the overall experience with the company has been a disaster. Their lack of transparency, inability to keep their promises, and the overall disregard for our frustration is appalling. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Arhaus to steer clear. Their customer service and reliability are abysmal, and I would hate for anyone else to endure the frustration and disappointment that my family and I have experienced. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your furniture needs."
"Absolutely LOVE all the furniture I purchased! Brooke N. was a huge help from helping with design choices, making sure I was updated on deliveries and answering any questions I had. Customer service was great from start to finish. Delivery did take a while due to supply chain but was well worth the wait."
