"I had an amazing experience at this gorgeous showroom. From the minute I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Chris and his team. They answered all of my questions, guided me through the showroom and were very knowledgeable about all they have to offer (which is everything you could want.) Their selection of integrated appliances is vast. They have all of the high-end options (Wolf and La Cornue ranges were what I wanted to see) and they have a wide range of options depending on your budget. I will be using them for all of my kitchen and bath needs."

"In store experience was fantastic. Our salesman, Hans was incredibly professional and helpful. The delivery was not the best. It's a new home build and I wanted the appliances delivered inside the house. My builder is handling the installation. At first the said I would have to pay extra to get them delivered the extra 10-15' to get them in the house instead of in the garage. After some back and forth and them saying they needed to "call the office" they relented and delivered them inside. When you're spending over $30,000 you would expect better service. Would have been 5 stars but delivery knocked down the rating."

"As soon as we walked into the store we felt like it was set up for the Rich and Famous looking for kitchen/bath setups. We thought a store this size would have various walls of different bath accessories. NOPE! The very young guy directed us into the back of the showroom to their bathroom to show us the item he "thought" we wanted & then told us they didn't have any items out in the store but he'd show us a catalog & they could order it. Surprise! Couldn't find the catalog, so he tried to show us the item on his computer & proceeded to scroll down fast where we didn't have time to look! I just said "no thanks" and we left."
