"Very nice stay, the breakfast was a lot more than I was expecting very good, had scramble eggs French toast and a waffle maker, the rooms were very clean and I did not hear a single neighbor. There’s a train nearby you hear every now and then so be aware. There was an issue with a toilet but contacted the front desk and they were very helpful and quickly fixed the problem while we were out. Overall it was a nice stay."

"So far so good. I’ll keep updating. Day 1: Check in was welcoming. Smooth. 24/7 coffee is a plus. Hotel looks well kept or possibly newer. Room looks very clean. Negative: one of the two elevators is currently broken so that’s a bit time consuming. Location doesn’t look like the high end of the area but it’s not horrible by any means."

"The GM decides he is going to keep my money. He lied an said customer service told him do not give the refund. When customer service is calling him to tell him give the money back. I always stay at the Hilton but I will never come back here. I don’t know why he thinks it’s ok to still from an American. That’s how I feel. He came to my country an now he steals from me. I just want one good reason why I can’t have my money back. Customer service says I can. Is there a district manager around??? I even have it on video… not to mention the rooms where dirty the hotel clerk tried to tell me I had to change my own sheets because she was alone in the hotel. I’m sorry but I did not stay in this room last night so I could at least get clean sheets…"

"Upon arrival the desk attendant was not welcoming. Our room was dirty. There was dried up urine in front of the toilet, hair in the tub and a dried blood spot the size of a dime. The ac was squealing all night. There was stains onto the sheets so we slept on the spare blanket. There was blood on the nightstand and wall. The lampshades were broken and upside down. Then we put out the do not disturb sign and requested a late check out and the housekeeping ended up knocking 3 times back to back to the point we're we just got up and told them fine we are going to pack our stuff and leave we were so tired of it all. It was a overall bad stay. We had a bad stay before and they corrected it all and this time was worse."

"Had an issue with being charged for 2 reservations for the same day. I contacted the hotel directly and spoke to the General Manager, Vishal Patel. He was very attentive and understanding of my situation and he gave me guidance in what I needed to do to resolve this issue. He went above and beyond to answer all of my concerns. What started off as an angry conversation on my part ended as a polite and delightful experience. Thank you Mr. Patel and I will definitely be staying at your location again in the future."
