"I would like to see more lines extended to this terminal. Maybe see if you can connect the Rim with this one, all the way to Randolph. It would help me a lot. I work on the AF base and have to go downtown, then take 17.... Or, extend the 534 on Wurzbach, all the way to Randolph. And, please give Google Maps the schedules for this terminal..."
"Love this park and ride. Plenty of covered secure parking, large air conditioned station with clean restrooms. They have vending machines and lots of security. Just wish the bus went to the airport on weekends and holidays when I fly the most."
"My favorite and the best cleanest transit center in my opinion, not many people come here but its reallt clean really nice just the services are bad, like instead of 503 and 7 they need to add 648 since itz nearby and re add 94 so it can go all the way to the rim but changes into 93 once it hits worth pkway and all that but they need to add lots of more helpful servicez instead of having go take 503 while 7 doesnt run in the weekend and for the ppl that come from airport they get chances to go to many places so i suggest they should put 648, 94 change to 93 once it hitz the rim or just extend 93, and there, theres alot of changes to be done for it to be more helpful and useful"
"Anyone complaining about a public transit facility in "certain" areas of the city has obviously never lived in a Metropolitan area. People from all walks of life, in all income brackets use public transportation i.e. buses trains to get to and from work etc. in Metropolitan areas. San Antonio has a population of over a million plus people and still growing. Thank you VIA; beautiful, clean facility and greatly appreciated by those who work DWNTWN, and although may have a vehicle, prefers not spending the majority of their commute stuck in traffic."
"Such an eyesore. Brilliant effort by the city to show that they are environmentally conscious and have diamond strength camaraderie. Seriously, whose bright idea was it to build this thing in stone oak? Surrounded by upper middle class people who would rather die than take the bus. People in this area like their cars and trucks too much and have the money to drive them everyday. I’m not against public transportation, but that’s just the truth of it. Not to mention they are literally expanding 281 into a massive 5 to 6 lane highway so more people can drive on it. Hardly anyone is using this and it’s just flat out ugly."
