"Room advertised with two queens but they were full. No curtains in room so light came in during both night and day. No conditioner either."

"The guy working in the nightshift is a liar, manipulator and does not know what he is talking about. I already made payment via another site for the room, but this guy insisted me to pay 120$ again saying the payment didn’t go through which is a lie. After sometime he said he needs 50$ cash as deposit, then after sometime he said he needs only card payment, after sometime he said I made payment via debit card which is why the payment didn’t go through. When I confronted him and showed proof that I used credit card and it got cleared, he made another irrelevant statement which made no sense. Overall this useless guy working in the night shift wasted 15 mins of my time and mental peace to give me a room for which I already paid. He called manager of the property at 2:40 am to resolve the issue. I dont know if he was under the influence of drugs but he looked like that and spoke like that."

"Rented room for daughter who had covid and needed to be away from children. When house keeper wanted to get into room my daughter didn't want them to be exposed and asked for housekeeping to leave cleaning products and she would clean room. Management took this as her being difficult and asked her to leave. I was charged for that day and would not refund me for that day. I felt they should not have charged me since they kicked her out that morning. Manager was rude. Owner never responded and calling corporate was a waste of time because this is private owned business. We moved my daughter to LA Quinta and had a wonderful stay."

"Stayed on 09/23 - 25. The room was clean and nice and ac cold. The only thing I would change would be the pillows. No pillow cases and some had some stains. Good thing we took our own pillows. The evening attendant was friendly, curious and helpful. Paid cash and no problems in getting our deposit back."

"The hotel is pretty decent, the lady working the desk was very nice and courteous, and check in was a breeze. I was surprised to find out my room was literally the first room on the first floor, room 108, when I asked well in advance to be placed on the highest floor possible. I understand that the top floor may not have been available, but this place definitely didn't seem packed and there were not that many cars, and to place us in the very first room on the very first floor felt a bit like a slap in the face from someone who doesn't like special requests. The water pressure in the shower was bad, it barely flowed, and the water only got luke warm, so we were freezing every time we showered, and had to run and get warm under the covers before getting dressed. The bed however was extremely comfortable and the pillows were comfy and the AC worked great and I wouldn't mind staying again if I could be placed on a higher floor and test out the shower head before committing to a room."
