Crowne Plaza San Antonio Airport, an IHG Hotel

"WONDERFUL! Very nice and clean rooms. I loved the fact that the shuttle was available late hours for airport pickup and also offers complimentary rides within 3 mile radius. I arrived late and needed a few items and the driver took me to the store and waited while got the items! The friendly staff was another added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel ..excellent value!"

"Our room had a not-so-great bathroom sink (no real way to control the pressure - always just a blast because the handle would stick), but overall a very nice room. The front desk personnel were quick during check-in and checkout. Great location right next to the airport and freeway."

"I stayed 1/30-1/31/24, I give it 3 stars for location, comfy beds, having a restaurant & snack bar. After I traveled halfway across the country, they booked my room next to a room that maintenance was working on, my head couldn’t take the banging sounds, so Front desk kindly moved me to another room. The sheets had old stains that didn’t wash out, but the front desk accommodated me w/ new sheets. Even though the hotel is near the freeway & a lot of traffic, I slept good since I sleep with headphones on anyway. A plus is the hot, 4ft deep jacuzzi, nice pool, and free parking, no pass needed."

"This hotel was one of the best I've stayed at in a while. I don't have any complaints about this hotel. The only thing i think they could improve on is their beds. They are a little uncomfortable. It has great views. The food is good. The rooms are clean and spacious, and for the most part it's pretty quiet. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in this area of San Antonio."

"The room looked clean. Nice and conformable beds. Unfortunately when we wake up in the morning a bed bug was crawling on the sheets. We took pictures. Got a lot of bed bugs bites. We communicated at reception what happened. I was told that we will get the money back for the room, which it didn’t happen yet. 2 weeks later still didn’t receive the money back. One of the worst experience."
