"Great location. But the tvs don't register device with hdmi effectively (old and bad tvs?) & they have no spare replacement. Also I notified the front desk that my hot water is not working and she said she would come test it so I could switch rooms, then she went missing, never to be heard from again."

"Exceptionally dirty hotel.  Dirty towels, dirty sheets.  Very rude reception employee.  No bread for breakfast, no waffles, no coffee.  This hotel is a joke.  The worst Super 8 I have ever slept in.  Never again. Photo shows fresh towels and sheet."

"Filthy! Floor felt and looked mopped over without being swept! Hole in bathroom door, gunshot?!? Maybe! The front door looked like it had been kicked in, evidence of shoddy repair work. Bedding was atrocious, stained top cover ,stained sheets! There's no need to say I did not sleep here! Bath towels were rough, thin, and thread-bare. A dirty smell throughout! This location is known for "inclandestine activities ." I did not book this motel, but a friend who did not know and was visiting San Antonio. They thought we were in a hood ." And the highway? The room ( first floor) was so close we could see passengers in the cars and they could see us inside the room! I say do your research and don't decide by cost!!"

"Location location location! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Heater worked great. Towels were small, but clean and still did the job. Roku TV in the bedroom was a nice touch. Staff were always helpful when needed. Plenty of in the back part of the Super 8, the whole property seemed safe. For around $50 a night, you really can’t beat this spot!"

"I'll give it 2 stars, solely for price and location. I was just stopping in SA very briefly; this hotel is cheap, close to the airport and downtown, just what I needed. Rooms had prior damage; tub was chipped, carpet and sheets had stains, half the power outlets didn't work, was very loud due to being super close to bridge. The other 1-star reviews were not exaggerating. You can tell that they at least try to clean stuff, but this whole building just needs a renovation. If you're only going to SA for a quick stop, sure use this hotel. If you actually intend to have fun and enjoy yourself, stay away."
