"Great location. It may not be as up to date as some of the other larger hotels but for the value and price this is a great place to book. I really did enjoy our stay. The hotel was clean and well kept. Had no issues with the room other than having to grab a spare blanket from the desk. They honored our privacy and left satisfied. In fact, we're booking with Marriott because of the good experiences we keep having."
"DO NOT STAY HERE!! The service desk was anything but helpful. Besides the early check in and good location the stay was horrible. We got locked out of room. Room service came when we told them not to and not to mention bed bugs. Let me repeat. Bed bugs. Had to throw away my luggage. I will not be staying here again."
"Stayed here and ended up with bedbugs in the pullout bed. Took pictures and immediately reported it to the front desk. Took over a week for me to speak with a manager after calling everyday and then dodging my phone calls. Was told the first time it was a beetle. Then 4 days later told there was zero evidence of any bugs at all in the room. Refused to acknowledge the photos I took clearly showing a bedbug."
"I was locked out of my room for 8 hours because the key reader died. Then after being locked out for 8 hours and not sleeping and having no shoes to go into work the next day I was finally let back in. They did give me a room to hang out in while they fixed it and it took 8 hours overnight. The only thing they offer the next morning was to comp the room for the night which I told them was not good enough because I didn't pay for my room. It was a business trip. So comping the room did literally nothing for me. The person who went without their room and their medication for 8 hours. I was exhausted and I had to go work for 10 hours and I didn't feel like fighting. So I just went to my room to get ready for work. I barely had enough time to do that. Then I did tell the manager when I was leaving that that really wasn't good enough and she informed me the only thing she could do was give me back the one night of parking I had and that the general manager was the only one who give points at the hotel and to call customer service. I called customer service and they told me that after the room was comped the manager on duty closed the case and because of that they couldn't do anything. So now I'm still waiting to get a hold of the general manager that was out on vacation and didn't leave any codes or anything to set up her managers for success. And it was literally the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I stay at hotels very frequently and the fact that they didn't do anything at all to help me and the fact that they thought that comping the night would be enough when I told him that it wasn't and then they acted. Like I said it was. Which I said it was not and they lied in the report and said that I was fine with it. Service is absolutely terrible. The only good person was my night manager who was trying desperately to get me into my room. I was trying to be nice by not fighting at the manager in the morning and now I get literally nothing for it and it's supposed to be okay. Do not stay here poor Marriott in general because their customer service is terrible."
"After you have paid to sleep in a room, you must pay an additional $28 a day for your car to sleep in their parking lot!!! Outrageous!! Despite having a coffee maker, there were no cups in our room at all. Says room had a sofa bed and I guess it did, but it was a trundle with no additional bedding for it. Very difficult for adults to sleep comfortably. Staff was friendly although the bartender did a horrible job making a strawberry daiquiri. Will not stay here again. Hotel being convenient to attractions was a plus."
