"If you don’t like being followed around the furniture store and hounded, then this is the place to go. Saif was a good sales person. "I bought furniture here and the customer service was good. We had a change in mind after 4 days and the office charged us 25% cancellation fees plus delivery fee even though our order was not delivered. I consider this as a fraudulent practice and we surely will never buy any furniture from this store again. I personally think this business is not interested in retaining customers. These fraudulent charges cost us $700. This is a terrible business and I will advise anyone to be careful in signing the purchase contract. I plan to take this up with their leadership because luckily I hadn’t signed the purchase agreement in the first place either all the “fine prints”"

"I went to the katy furniture location on 99 and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Beth. She was great from that point until I left with my furniture ordered. Her customer service skills are unmatched in todays time. The showroom is huge! 3 floors but dont worry they have elevators. It was hard to narrow my selection as they had lots of great choices. I’m sure I will be back and I would recommend:)"
