Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak

"Need to speak to a big manager at the hotel. their manager at the office name Solomon would not give me a number he kicked me out and claimed I did not pay for my room, but they was taking money under tabl.and someone stole my Debt-card/the lots of secrets that the hotel, Liz Haydn found out from another person in the hotel. Let me know what was going on. Everybody was very friendly, except a color man named Solomon. ? Please call me miss Linda or someone there? T"

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was not clean due to the hair found in bed sheets and in the shower and the mirror has some kind of substance smeared on it. Chose this hotel for the indoor pool, unfortunately per staff was not safe since they had been waiting months for a part. Pool water was icy cold and the smaller pool next to it was empty. Breakfast was decent."

"I stayed at Marriott Fairchild July 30 through August 1st and left my lap top behind by accident. I talked with Cesar with the front desk and he reassured me that he would personally get it back to me. They went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I got it back, and the hotel was quiet, comfortable, and close to the locations I wanted to visit in San Antonio. I would recommend staying here for your trip!"

"Went here last week. Surprisingly it's quite. Being off a high way I was not sure how the noise would be. But it was actually peaceful! Staff was friendly. Great location. I recommend this hotel!!!"

"Had a good stay . They are in the middle of a lot of great food choices. Friendly staff was able to make great food recommendations. The bathroom door frame could use a dab of paint as it is beginning to rust.. The lobby looks great. I was not prepared to see rust in my room.."
