"Excellent hotel! Located conveniently near Riverwalk, and the rooms are well maintained. I would like to have had much more sound reducing windows from occasional louder traffic, but other than the louder trucks or cars with blaring radios, it was pretty quiet. Note: Rooms with “02” such as 302, 402, etc the rooms are not drawn to scale in the hilton app map - map appears for the room to be a corner room which it is not! There is an attendant closet room at the edge which the room diagram does not show (makes the room seem much larger than it actually is. Room though is a suite and the size is very nice. Front desk Shasta was great!! Cynthia in dining was excellent also. Great breakfast! There is additional parking in the lot next door, which only the front desk will tell you, there is no signage to notify of that info."

"Awesome place to stay. Cynthia in breakfast area will definitely make your day! Great customer service from all staff. Would stay again. In town for business, needed to go to Henry B. Gonzalez convention center. Location is great. There wasn’t a computer for guests to use in business center it’s under maintenance but a printer is available."

"My daughter loved this hotel so much so told me to write a review. From the outside it doesn't really catch your eye, but the inside is very nice. It's small and cozy- the room was nice and clean and they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles installed in the bathroom which is really convenient. The pool is indoors with towels available although we didn't have time to use the pool in this trip. My only complaint is that at night you could hear everything from the hallway. our room was close to the elevator and you could hear the doors and the people walking around at all hours. My daughter wants to stay here again next time we visit SA so I'll probably ask for a room at the end of the hallway :). Last but not least, the staff was great. They were all friendly and helpfull with any questions."

"Parking was affordable and there were plenty of spots to park (opposed to the other hotels in the area by the Riverwalk). The Riverwalk was just a skip away, we used the Veo scooters that were conveniently parked out front. The staff was extremely friendly from check-in to check-out. Our room was ready early, which was perfect because we arrived in San Antonio earlier than expected. The room was immaculately clean and room service checked on us each day to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be my go-to spot when I visit San Antonio."

"This hotel met my expectations. Checking in was a smooth process, the gentleman working the 3-11 shift on the 18th of December was extremely informative and he recognized my diamond member status, which can be rare when it comes to Hilton hotels. The room was perfect, despite the minor wear and tear, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was decent and was one notch better than most hotels in the same category ."
