"I had a horrible experience attempting to rent a king chair... Spoke to the owner the day before I ordered she instructed me to put my address into the system and delivery fee will prompt.. The next day I put my address placed the order for the chair.. It did not prompt a fee for delivery I paid would it required to pay to secure rental of the chair. However I received a call from the owner really agitated, aggressive, extremely argumentative stating that the delivery fee will be $150. As they do not deliver to my area.. which is near Baybrook Mall.. of course we had a verbal exchange she canceled the order.. She definitely lacks the ability to see things from others perspective"
