"Room was ok seemed very dark when we went in. Morning was ok your typical food you get at 90 percent of hotels. We didn’t have anyone come and clean the rooms at all the whole stay so trash was stacked up in the room along with towels we used. We ended up using bags from stores we bought things from. We kept having to ask how things work as it’s suppose to be like a home away from home. Would be nice if they have something in the room to tell you how things work. Dishes in our room were dirty so we didn’t use them. All in all it was ok but probably will be going elsewhere"
"I was alredy very impressed with the rooms; however, my third night here is what really made me enjoy my stay. George was working the front desk and he was very attentive! I had issues with the printer and he was there to help. He patiently helped me print the documents I needed and helped me with a payment issue that I had. All this while perfectly juggling the requests of other clients! Amazing service , rooms, and most importantly employees!"
"Loved this hotel for my daughter and I’s mommy/daughter getaway. It was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. The staff very helpful. The grounds beautiful to enjoy. I read some reviews about parking lot safety. They have two giant security camera posts that I believe are being monitored by the police or an external company and both nights we saw a security car with someone in it patrolling the parking lot. I felt extremely safe."
"I was surprisingly pleased with our 11-night stay here while in the middle of a military move with our senior dog. The staff were accommodating to our request to be placed on the first floor near an exit so we could get our dog outside to do business with quickly and without hassle. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite which was a very comfortable size, and the kitchen was full of amenities for our basic needs. The first floor rooms have really high ceilings which make it feel even more spacious. The outside courtyard is really nice with string lights, a fire pit, corn hole, a pool and plenty of space for doggie business with bags + trash cans. We were able to schedule housekeeping in advance on the days we wanted it, but they respected our privacy otherwise. The breakfast is super basic and not great, but standard hotel continental. That’s why having the kitchen in the room is a major bonus. There are concrete walking paths near the hotel where we walked our dog everyday. You have to walk on a busy road for 5-10 min to reach them, which isn’t great… but manageable. My only complaint would be that our room shared a wall with the basketball court outside. Kids were constantly bouncing their balls off our walls and windows which was extremely loud inside the room and freaked our dog out everytime. They really need to rethink the positioning of the basketball hoop so that it does not disturb the people staying in that room."
"I’m writing this review at the end of my stay here & it has been one disappointment after another. The toilets don’t flush. The sink clogs. The carpet is extremely dirty. The AC is broken. The shower head doesn’t spray properly… there are just some of the issues we encountered during our stay. Trying to schedule housekeeping was impossible & there were times we couldn’t get towels, blankets, etc because they were ‘short staffed.’ This could be a great establishment for pet friendly families, but the issues listed above greatly impacted the quality of our stay. The staff that were available were as helpful as they could be."
