"This hotel was actually better than I anticipated. The rooms were clean and smelled great. And we were able to get clean towels when needed. The only complaint I have is the breakfast was horrible. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere our entire stay."

"Had I not been working I wouldn’t have picked this place. It smells very bad. They have pee stains on the bathroom floor. And there is hair in the shower. I keep checking the sheet for bedbugs. This is a horrible place. And if you have allergies I’m sorry for you. You will have a stuffy nose."

"Paid extra for a jacuzzi tub room, the jacuzzi tub didn't work and they refused to do anything about. I booked my reservation in advance and was never informed of the tub not working. They said there was nothing they could do, even though I paid extra. I drove from Washington state to San Antonio and this is the service I get as soon as I get into town. Talk about horrible. I would advise going elsewhere. This place is a scam. Also expect people to be loud until after 2am, people chasing their cats while drunk, red mark (possibly blood?) on the bed sheets, and towels with black marks all over them. The location isn't bad and the lobby is nice. This is easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. You can get better sleep at a campground. Don't expect to get ahold of anyone at the front desk either. Clearly they don't have quiet hours. They also don't care how your stay was or care about trying to fix it, all they do is say sorry and shrug their shoulders. Most of the people who stay at this hotel are also the kind of people you need to worry about, I caught the women above the room of mine looking into and around my car and when I came out and asked what she was doing, she said, oh, I thought this was my car.... stay away from this place and probably all best westerns down here. Also, tried to take a shower and the water doesn't get hot, it's barely warm at the most. Ran it for almost 10min and the water never got more than luke warm. Update: called best western customer service line, they said the best they can do is take my complaint and email it to the owner of the property because their hotels are independently owned and operated and so they don't have control of how it's ran or what goes on or how the owners handle issues."

"Housekeeping was so efficient and thorough. Room very clean. The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. Beautiful outdoor pool within the courtyard, so everyone gets a pool view. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. I'm definitely coming back here in my next trip to San Antonio."

"A nice clean room where everything was attractive and worked well. The air conditioning was great, which is a big deal in this part of the country. The bed was clean and comfortable. A place like this is hard to find. The swimming pool was clean and blue and had kids splashing around in it. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, gravy, make your own waffles, cold cereal, muffins, bagels, milk. The juice machine was not working at the time but is probably fixed by the time you read this. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. I'm definitely staying here again and not wasting time looking at others."
