"Sam Antonio as a whole to me felt like a very old city when it came to hotel choices. I have never seen so many 2 star motels charging triple digit prices in my life. It has to be because of the bases. The staff was helpful but everything else about this hotel needs a total refresh and not just new linens and paint. Like tear it down and start over."

"Great location - close to lots of things we needed. Front desk people were very pleasant. Monica was extremely helpful. I don't know the name of the young person who assisted us later, but she was very sweet. Only issue was I had reserved a room with a walk in shower but over the weekend something in the shower had broken, so we had a standard room. The rooms here are not large, but very clean with comfy beds. We will stay here again."

"This location has been the best big thank you to Lydia who had made my stay the best anything I needed she took care of it right away no questions asked. Her and the other lady with curly hair in the mornings some times. Would recommend to anyone . The whole staff was very accommodating and polite never had any problems and if I did they resolved them instantly. And again big thanks to the beautiful ms lydia"

"It was comical how bad this place was. I put a hold on a room when we were hours away after calling to confirm someone would be at the front desk, and I took a screenshot of our confirmation code but when we got there we were told our reservation wasn’t anywhere in the system. My boyfriend got our room and the first thing we noticed is that the scanner for the outside door is completely off the wall, nowhere to be found. The stairs were dirty and the landing needs to be mopped. Our bedroom walls and carpet were dirty, the left curtain was missing the stick to move it, the lamps were disgusting, the TV didn’t work, there was a tile in the center of the bathroom floor that was loose, and the toilet paper and tissue paper was so thin and like sandpaper. I know that cheaper means lower quality, but there are ways to be a basic hotel/motel and still not be disgusting. Please enjoy the pictures of the beautiful room 225. And bonus!! My boyfriend confirmed there would be continental breakfast in the morning but when he went down at 8:30-40, there was nothing out and the employee told him they didn’t make breakfast this morning."

"I checked in Dec. 28,2023 because it was 2 miles from sixflags perfect location. Very disappointed with the hotel. The smell in the hallway and elevator was bad. Once I got in the room the sheets had stains and had tears, curtains were broken, electrical outlet without cover, old bar soap in the restroom bath tub. I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets the guy told me he didn't have any then he called a lady that was there she went into a room and brought me "clean sheets?" When I tried changing the sheets the mattress cover had stains, hairs and bugs. I could not stay there left no more 15-20 minutes after The lady refused to refund my money. Very bad service, very very dirty. Do not stay at this hotel. Very disappointing and stressing"
