"My car was stolen in front of the lobby, in the parking lot with cameras, and the staff didn’t help at all. They won’t share camera records, they seem to be in complicity with the crime, why not share the video, why they act so normal about the theft??? I ask more staff members, and told me every day is a car open or completely stolen!!!! The hotel won’t advise the situation, and don’t care at all!!!! Not even an apology for the situation…!!!!!!?! Hopefully the police will do something and realize there is something very suspicious happening there.!!"

"I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of our room at this Holiday Inn. Despite paying for a suite, our experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the carpet was pulled back at the doorway, posing a serious safety hazard for my 10-month-old to crawl around. Additionally, there were multiple stains on both the pullout bed and couch, which were unacceptable. To make matters worse, we encountered a leak from the shower head in our room that was constantly dripping. This leak caused problems in another area of the hotel, and maintenance had to enter our room to address the issue. While they were polite, having to deal with such maintenance disruptions while trying to relax with my family is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. Despite their strict enforcement of vouchers, the waffle machine was broken, and the baked goods were burnt. Additionally, essential items like sausage were not consistently available, requiring us to continually request more. As a loyal Holiday Inn member, I expected much better quality and service for the amount we paid. This experience fell far short of my expectations, and I deeply regret not choosing alternative accommodation."

"Corporate stay. Good location for food and there's a Wal-Mart next door. The front desk personnel seems to be the weakest link in Holiday Inn. 50/50. Some pleasant, some apathetic. My take is if the front desk personnel are overworked, that's a root cause, but when I checked in on the 10th, the lobby was virtually empty. So, I'm not sure why the sour puss attitude of the lady at the front desk. She gave off the vibe, "I don't want to be bothered." The other agent was a guy, but was a little more pleasant...."

"So glad we decided to stay here. The staff is so friendly and it’s a great distance to 6 flags. After a long day at the park, we came back to have charcuterie, but we forgot our knife and cutting board! The front desk ladies were so nice and ran into the kitchen to grab us some. Everyone here is so friendly. Definitely recommend."

"Check- in was slow process. System crashed and had to get the key remade twice. The room was spacious. Carpet has stains and the bathroom needs a remodel. The black mold on the wall and bath tub is not a good thing. I told the front desk when I was checking out, she did not apologize or try to resolve or express concerns. It’s like they knew about the black mold but didn’t do anything about it."
