"The service on front desk was terrible. I noticed the receptionist didn't had a bad mood because with other (white) customers she was very friendly, it was just with us and another family (also Latin) that she was being rude. She asked us for documents and information that she didn't ask from anyone else and she also didn't even bother to look at us, she just basically threw us the card and didn't say a thing. Her name was Iris, I hope no one else suffers this problem. Apart from that, the rooms were great and didn’t had any problem. So if you don’t belong to any minorities, you’ll enjoy your stay on here."

"Great stay here. The staff was wonderful, especially the evening/ early night staff. Made me feel wonderful. Breakfast buffet was good and really great for kids. I wish Marriott would offer something more for Titanium Elites in the Springfield brand. Be careful of the 1604/10 construction shutdowns during the weekends. Allow extra time. Recommend."

"The good... Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms with a great breakfast. Location was perfect. The bad... My bathroom was nasty. The shower floor was dipping and held water after every use. The tiles had been cracked and repaired poorly. The shower looked dirty and the grout was moldy. The sink did not drain.We had to use a cup to empty the used water from the sink. It felt like a motel 6 bathroom ."

"It’s great location. Right next to tons of shopping and dining. Staff is super friendly and everything is clean. The only weird thing is the shower - the door opens in and it’s impossible not to drench the door when turning on the shower unless you’re in the shower with the door closed. Odd design, but my only complaint!"

"Everything was great, but had a couple of people said a lot of cars get broken into in this area. But this hotel has security, but at 6:31 in the morning my truck was broken into in the parking lot. Seems like they knew when security left for the day. The front desk told me they there is no cameras and they were sorry for my inconvenience."
