"My stay at this downtown San Antonio hotel was both convenient and pleasant. Situated near the Alamo and Riverwalk, the location couldn't be better. The front desk person was exceptionally friendly, setting a positive tone for my visit. While there's a charge for parking, the valet service, coupled with a secure location, made it worth it. The valet parking staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Although the rooms were a bit dated, they were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable stay. Overall, a satisfying experience in the heart of San Antonio."

"Overall decent stay. The rooms are dated/old. The shower head needed to be replaced and the shower temperature was not hot enough for me, personally. The room had a stale smell. Breakfast was just ok. Check in attendant was nice. The location was convenient to the convention center, river center shopping and the Riverwalk."

"I stayed here for a quick business trip last week and it was pretty good. It's really close to the Riverwalk, the staff at the front desk were always helpful, and it's pretty reasonably priced compared to many of the hotels nearby. However, the rooms definitely feel a bit old/dated and can probably use a revamp soon. Regardless, definitely not a bad place to stay for a quick trip!"

"They have tiny coffee makers in bathroom. No coffee downstairs, a bar, but no blender to make other drinks. She didn't seem too friendly. Elevator works. Best part is, FULL size bottles in the bathtub!!! I have long hair, hate using 4 tiny bottles for conditioner, or bringing my own."

"I stopped by here because I took a wrong turn while headed to another hotel. I decided to give it a try since I was tired of driving and I'm glad I did! The front desk clerk was friendly, the valet was super friendly, and the room was really comfortable. I have a big truck, so I'm glad that parking wasn't in a garage and that it was fenced and secure! If I had to have one gripe, it would be that the towels weren't very soft. Other than that, it was a great hotel and a pleasant stay! Also, location isn't bad at all of you're in to a little walking to save money. I feel that it was definitely worth the savings! Now, on a bad weather day or simply a hot summer day, I might think differently about the walk. An early morning stroll out of the hotel and to the Alamo didn't take very long."
