"I was treated bad with terrible customer service throughout my stay. I had a horrible experience from day one. The property was infested with roaches and I felt very uncomfortable during the entire stay with strangers in unexpected areas (mainly the stairwell and elevator), my card to get into our room kept timing out each time we left the room, (daily) also I expressed my concerns about not being able to receive new towels until I physically brought down the dirty towels to the front desk which isn't what I paid $395 to do. I can offer supporting video if necessary for most of these complaints and concerns! Also, I have contacted my bank and lenders requesting a full refund. (Email was sent to your business as well on 3/4/24) I tried to Handle the matter reasonably, but was not able to get any type of resolution from the workers, nor did I get the opportunity to speak with the manager on site directly."

"Ive been to this location a few times and never had a issue. The rooms were clean. And Meeta the manager was excellent with service i would for sure recommend"

"First of all, the front desk clerk was kind and understanding. My terrible experience has nothing to do with her. The first room I got was impregnated with a smell of urine and cigarettes. I then asked the front desk to change me and she did. However, the second room smelled like cigarettes and really musty. There is black mold on room corners, roaches, and it’s really hard for a family to be comfortable, specially if babies have to sleep in these type of conditions. Please do not book here, the rooms are a health hazard in many ways. Keep your family away and safe from this hotel."

"I checked in at 5:30p.m. and it didnt even take me 1 hour to realize that I was not going to enjoy my stay there and canceled my stay at 6:15pm. The first room they gave me was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, and the cable was not working. I asked for another room and even though the staff agreed to give me another room she was not helpful because when she gave me the second room it was dirty, also. The second room also had a really pungent smell of cigarettes and I am pregnant so I could not work with that problem. One staff then did say that mainly all the rooms had the stench of cigarettes which led me to cancel my stay. Now, after a long day of driving I am here in the parking lot looking for another place to stay."
