Quality Inn near SeaWorld - Lackland 323 Southwest Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78245

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! The ongoing construction significantly impacted our stay. The noise, dust, and overall inconvenience were highly disruptive. Hotel reservation does not inform guests about such major renovations in advance. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until the construction is completed. I made an online reservation and paid for the entire stay during check-in. However, in addition to the full payment, they demanded a $100 cash deposit, even though I had already settled the bill. Upon entering our room, we were hit with a strong smell of dust and fresh paint, exposed wires, no light bulbs anywhere in the room but a LED mirror, The carpet, doors, and furniture were covered in dust. This hotel poses several safety hazards. Despite being with children and struggling to breathe due to the poor air quality, the front desk staff was unable to assist us effectively. They instructed us to return when the manager is available tomorrow. Frustrated, I contacted customer service, and they advised me to go back to the hotel for the necessary assistance. We left the hotel late at night with two kids, without formally checking out because we were informed that we shouldn’t do so without the manager’s involvement. Unacceptable!!!!"

"They advertised a fitness area. No fitness area. They lockup the parking lot at night. So if you want to leave out at night, you can't at will. $100 required deposit. Half of the hotel was being remodeled. A roach crawled across my bed. Lucy, the housekeeper, was the best! This place was ran more like a hostel than a hotel."

"We were there for an Air Force graduation and this hotel was within 6 miles from the base. The area was quiet and close to other amenities. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and fresh. They did offer a continental breakfast, but we weren't able to enjoy it. It's nothing fancy but we weren't there for the hotel. I've canceled reservations at other hotels once I've arrived that were way worse. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The woman at the reception today morning, is extremely rude to the guests, she does not like to help, it is clear that she enjoys complicating things for the guests, especially if they are Latino, it is clear that she is a racist person, without education and without ethics. They shouldn't have people like that for customer service, terrible service."
