"There’s a bunch of cockroaches, I’ve been paying $10 extra on rent for pest control for 2 years and they never come. The other day I got a paper on my door saying pest control will come on February 6 and they didn’t even show up I stayed home the whole day just for them to lie, it makes no sense for rent to go high every year but yet we’re living with a bunch of roaches. The garbage outside makes a lot of roaches and they all over our buildings."
"The apartments are not good and they would be better if they would be taken of better garbage at the dumpster is never cleaned or picked up, if you need someone at the office they never answer the phone nor are at the office, they need new staff and better management and better customer service, they do not know what this, and they tell you your rent is at a given price, but then every month they add 200 to 300 dollars more than what your lease agreement states, and the apartments are full of cockroaches, because they do not fumígate as they say they do, the corporate office needs to come and visit the premises to hire better staff and people that can actually do there job"
"This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever seen, heard of and lived in. Looking for an apartment? Do NOT come here. Nobody is ever in the office, nobody ever answers the phone. Rent doesn’t make sense. My roommates car got broken into a few months ago. The “safety” gates are broken, on the ground or always open. The fence behind the complex is broken. For 1200 a month you would think they’re somewhat nice and safe. But don’t forget that this place is probably scamming you out of your lease. I paid almost $400 in fees and signed the lease just to be told I was never on the lease to begin with. I have two witnesses that watched me sign. I don’t typically write reviews and I’m a very lax person but this is ridiculous. As soon as I’m able to figure out who to report this place to I will be doing so. My advice, find somewhere else or pay a little extra for another place because this one is not it."
"I lived here for a little over a year and don’t have any real complaints. The units were recently updated and are comfortable. The leasing office is typically good at responding to any requests or concerns. I really enjoyed my stay."
"We have been here 4 years and it has been several new staff members, but the current staff makes it feel like a place we can continue to stay as they do all they can to help tenants when troubles arise. My only complaint is that I wish that they could enforce tenants keeping their apartments clean by doing inspections, and my other complaint is that because the tenants are nasty, we now have issues with insects in our building. No matter where you live, you should keep it clean."
