"My experience staying here was amazing, rooms were very tidy, there is ample parking spaces and I was allowed to check in before the allotted time as I arrived earlier than expected! The front desk host, George, is awesome! He was very kind, extremely prompt and helpful and he made sure that my stay here was great! Overall it was definitely a 5 star worthy experience!!"

"Ok, so it stinks in the rooms they need a major upgrade and the bed was so uncomfortable that weI woke up in the middle of the night crying because my lower back was aching like I had slept on concrete. Staff was nice enough. The location was close to the American Airlines Center where we could drive to the train so station Park and Ride to the concert we were going to. It's an old outdated no frills pricey for the lack of accommodations. The only thing cool is that they didn't hassle me about service animal, and they did have a smoking room so that was ok but that's the best it gets there. If you're traveling through and need a place to lay your head I guess its ok but I would actually pay the extra and upgrade for comfort and safety honestly."

"It is a cheap hotel. Our room was clean, beds were okay. But don't expect anything fancy whatsoever. The "breakfast" they offer is orange juice and a 20% off coupon to the Dennys next door. It is nice that its near downtown. If you need somewhere cheap to stay, this is your place."

"The rooms were run down. Doors wouldn't close. the tv screen was cracked, and just the overall condition of the room was worn. There was no wow factor at all. The check-in clerk had a hard time answering basic questions and looked confused about simple tasks like needing 2 keys for the room. He finally told us we are only allowed 1. I don't know if he didn't know how to do it, didn't want to, or it was actually a rule. The hotel was in a good location to get to nearby attractions. I'd stay there again if only going again for just 1 night."

"This Hotel definitely was a life saver. I need a place close by to public transportation and in between my jobs in downtown and uptown. This location is perfect. Really safe and amazing staff. George the manager is super nice person and hold my packages for me when I was at work. Great room for a smoker, no noise at all, nice people, good size room and amazing cleaning staff! Thank you!"
