"They come into your apartment without telling you. I have been home when maintenance needed to look at the AC unit. I asked him if he would of came in still even when i wasn't home. He said yes, but they should of notified me. I was NOT notified. How many times have they been in my place without me knowing? Also, Bugs. The hot water goes out a few times in summer. It will be out for up to week at a time, waiting for parts to come in."
"I called the apartments phone number on here to see about rent, and a few other things, and all I got was the dial tone for when a phone is off, and I don't know if the number on google maps here is wrong or it was shut off they might want to get that sorted out just saying as advise."
"The trash around these apartments make the whole neighborhood look so bad, the dumpster area is always a mess as well as around them! Management needs to hold these tenants accountable for the trash problem that has been an issue for years now! No one wants to live in or around these conditions! It also makes all properties values go down!"
"Terrible place to live. Alltrade in general is a terrible company in the first place. Just don't rent from them at all. If you call after hours maintenance, don't expect them to actually do anything except return your 3 missed phone calls. And if you manage to put in a work order during work hours, don't expect anything to be fixed within the next two months. Twice now my ceiling tile in my bathroom has fallen through due to some sort of leaking and the last time it took 3 months for them to replace it and stop the leak, this time it's been about 2 weeks of nothing. I've also had a work order in since I moved in to close the gap between my son's bedroom door and the floor to keep him from ya know freezing to death at night but still nothing. Also, you can pretty much hear your neighbors' thoughts because the insulation is nonexistent so if you're lucky enough to have 3 adults and 3 young children live above you like I do, you won't be getting any sleep due to over stressed young parents not knowing how to not scream at their kids and call them terrible names every five seconds. Also, you can expect to be physically threatened by those upstairs neighbors and for your property manager to do nothing about it because who cares about the safety of their tenants? Not alltrade! I wasn't even given the apartment I was promised. Instead of hardwood floors and new carpet with white walls and new cabinets (BEWARE OF CRAIGSLIST SCAM), I was given a hideous apartment with poop colored carpet, smoker's teeth yellow painted walls and a refrigerator with rust stains on it. The apartment wasn't even cleaned when I moved in so I got on my hands and knees to scrub the kitchen floor. They couldn't even bother to redo the caulking in the shower. I mean they genuinely couldn't care less about the comfortability of their tenants or even just have the downright human decency to want people to live comfortably. Also they do a HARD INQUIRY to your credit that stays on there for at least 2 years so don't expect to be accepted anywhere else anytime soon. Which sucks when you're just trying to buy time until you can save enough for a down payment on a house such as my husband and myself. They just hired a new property manager Gary that seems to want this place to be better so im not blaming him, he seems very nice, but they change property managers every other month so I don't know how long he'll be here anyway. Since moving in last April, I've gone through 4 different property managers so I constantly have to re-explain this awful situation that just falls on deaf ears anyway. Keep in mind im in the office at least 3 times a month to the point the front desk lady Debbie always tells me to just call rather than going in there because she's tired of seeing my face. Once, I called the office to report the fact that my whole apartment smelled like straight up marijuanaand they didn't answer FIVE CALLS IN A ROW. Finally "Kim" (one of the other property managers that didn't work out I guess) answer with a huge huff and puff and told me to call the police next time. Which I have done numerous times!! But when you're a black girl that lives in the ghetto don't expect any help from anyone. Wish I had known this would be the most ghetto place I've ever lived because I would've just kept on scrolling down Craigslist."
