"Do not give them your money, and do not work for them. I had just started in the office at Boulder Creek and seemed to be doing well without much trouble, then my wife caught COVID and two days later I was told not to return. They know I’m a father to be in the next 2-3 weeks and have been adhering to their new policy of weekly COVID testing since I am unvaccinated. In a world where it’s difficult enough for those who wish to work because of COVID, you have companies like this who get rid of people on a whim even though they don’t have it. It’s disgusting, disturbing, and down right diabolical to disregard people, especially under my conditions, in such fashion."
"The company gets one star for the pricing and proximity of the complex I lived in. That’s the only good thing I can say about Phoenix Place Apartments. Thankfully, they’ve been bought out, but in the time that I rented from Brown Capital, I put in several requests about mold in the bathroom. Only one was responded to, and I was told it was only a stain. Despite it spreading and getting much worse, the complex/company would do nothing about it. I eventually called in an expert myself and called the Board of Health for their advice. Thankfully, the new owners responded quickly and have already fixed the issue. The issues that Brown Capital ignored for 6 months. I cannot stress enough the need to avoid renting from them. The majority of their staff was rude and lied about addressing several needs. Rent from anyone else if you can!"
