"I recently moved into Colonial Village and it met my expectations with moving in more than I could appreciate or could have expected. MATTHEW was the name of the person that was responsible for moving me into my unit and I couldn’t be more happy or ask for a more understanding, patience, diverse and understanding person to do the job or lead by example when it came to my family and me moving in! Also Patreece is also a understanding person which I believe is the property manager and no matter the concern both made any desire or need complete and made me and mine feel safe and secure when it came to me and my family while moving in to their family as they accepted me and mine into theirs! Colonial village is the best when it comes to a respectful, genuine, non judgmental,clean home environment!"

"the leasing office REEKS of cigarettes, and their breed restrictions are ridiculous. my dog is a literal couch potato that just likes meeting new people and new pets. he is a street mutt that happens to have some boxer genetics so he wouldnt be allowed."

"The harassment and parking bullies aren't very nice. Maintenance workers seem very nice and hard working. Apartment manager never returns calls and I have video proof of parking issues. Causing me to not feel safe."

"Not sure who they are using to seed reviews, but they definitely don’t deserve the rating they have unless you like being treated like a less than welfare case! The service coordinator quit, Matthew lies, and the property manager Heather does not know Indiana and HUD tenant rights! The parent company Glick has so many processes in place it is ridiculous! The previous manager Betty, who earned most of the positive reviews along with Katie, both quit! The townhouses are outdated, don’t have dishwashers, the windows are sad excuse in themselves, and good luck with their mandatory inspections every three months!"

"Cannot say enough good things about living here! 1. Management is SUPER friendly! Matt ALWAYS greats you with a smile! 2. We have a service coordinator Miss Katie who goes above and beyond for the residents! She organizes awesome events for people of all ages who live here: • Movie nights (snacks and drinks included) • Holiday parties • After school homework help • Meet and greets with local law enforcement / firefighters • Finances and budgeting classes And so much more! 3. Let's talk about maintenance for a second. Man are they speedy. Have an issue? It's usually fixed within hours! They are super friendly! Even if you call them at 9pm because your front door won't open lol. 4. It's a quiet community 5. It's conveniently located where anything you need is a 2 minute drive at most. Seriously why aren't you living here already? Why are you still reading this, as if you need anymore reasons to love this place."
