"Lived here for about a year, apartments are decent/acceptable. If i do have a problem maintenance is typically here within 24 hours. I do think it’s a little overpriced for the age of the units. The only real complaints i have are; people using the parking lot to store broken down cars that haven’t moved in 10 months (It is starting to become an issue, finding a parking spot anywhere near my building) And the fact that I can never get a hold of the office on site or corporate. Yesterday between both of them, I had to call 16 Times and have still yet to have my call returned. Last month I had to do the same thing over the course of three days after multiple voicemails just to update some paperwork."

"Nicole and Jordan are very professional as well as the maintenance staff Jesus, Tim and Kevin. They walked into a mess and are still fixing mistakes that the previous management company never took care of. The issues that we as residents have around here are sometimes the responsibility of other residents and their visitors. For example, we have a huge dog poo problem because certain individuals do not want to take responsibility and pick up after their animal. Also, residents need to stop littering so much. The community would be much nicer if people would pick up their trash! We also have a big parking issue because people not on leases are parking where residents and tenants are supposed to be able to park. Nicole has really made a lot of changes and I think she has the best interest of every resident here. She’s done this kind of work before, as well as Jordan and this what we needed. Thank you all for all you do!"

"Went to view these apartments and the manager was dealing with another person who was also interested in renting. The way the manager was talking, she felt like her apartment complex was top tier. She talked about how the other apartments sounding had so many vacancies, which made me really want to do the door. Just to see a simple old apartment. No new appliances, bathroom old and sink hand stains everywhere, then to top it off the bedroom closet had 3 roaches crawling around. Absolutely disgusting!"

"If you want to stay somewhere peaceful & under great management, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT move here. The rent is higher than it should be for these apartments, they’re not kept to decency. The property manager is VERY disgusting, I’ve seen her disrespect 2 residents so far, of one was an elderly lady. She stands in the middle of the street cursing & shouting. The professionalism is not there whatsoever. They have to be basically BEGGED to come fix anything, it’s absolutely horrid & I can’t wait until my lease is up."

"I have lived here for 6 years now and ever since the change in ownership of the complex, things have improved dramatically. The lady in the Leasing office is INFINATLY better at her job and Customer Service than the previous ladies, and genuinely seems to enjoy helping current and potential tenants. The Maintenance team still fails to complete orders and ignores most of their tickets, but it is still a work in progress and is definitely on the up."
