"These people are lying to there customers about having new appliances in each unit. Gave us a dirty used washer and dryer and old stove and dishwasher I am super upset because I drove all the way from Colorado just to be introduced into this mess. I would not recommend these apartments nor townhomes to anyone because they are a lie."

"The Reserve at Royster is a decent place to live in terms of the living conditions in the apartments.The Reserve at Royster property manager and staff on the other hand is a completely different story. The amount of demands to residents in the threat of fines or consequences is almost like living in a military barracks, you will feel ordered around here. If your military and want to feel ordered around at your home this place is for you.The property management wants total control of your outdoor patio ie no shoes or trash cans or pets outside. Also you are not allowed to walk your dog within the premises, you literally have to take them somewhere.Also your total compliance on any little issue that maintenance needs done as if your the one that needs to be dealing with the responsibility of helping maintenance regardless if it’s a burden on you or if you’re not around. This place has some intrusive management and if I were you I would look else where."

"There’s new management and Donna, the property manager is amazing! The maintenance guys are great and friendly! I had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in and they resolved all my issues immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The apartments are spacious and newly renovated with hard floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. The bathroom is very large and spacious as well!"

"If you like flies in your home and flying above your head when you sleep then this will be perfect for you. Apartment is nice and cozy. Washer and dryer aren’t really good, I’ll probably just go to a laundromat. It could be better.. I’d definitely not chose this place as my first option."
