Sleep Experts Lewisville

"This is a long review. We were looking for a new pillow. When we went to the Lewisville Sleep Experts, Bella was so welcoming & friendly. She was extremely patient with my wife as she tried about 10 different pillows. Bella gave great advice & recommendations. Tim was also very nice & helpful as well. We decided to check around but a week later came back to the Lewisville Sleep Experts. Bella & Tim immediately recognized us ( which impressed us) & welcomed us back. Bella remembered the pillows my wife had like. Again, she took the time to patiently help my wife. When my wife decided on a pillow, Bella took the time to find one in stock at the Dallas location. She called that store & had them set it aside for us. Tim was again quite help & informative is suggesting a pillow cover. This is where Bella & Tim went way out of their way to help us & provide some of the best customer service we encountered. You see, when we got home from picking up the pillow at the Dallas location, it was obvious that the pillow was not new but used. It had hair on it & a stain. My wife immediately called Bella & explained everything. Bella & Tim were so upset & apologetic for what happened. Even though a pillow is considered a personal item & there are no returns or exchanges, Bella wanted to make it right. We went to the store the next day & showed Bella & Tim the pillow. They confirmed it was used. Bella then ordered us a new pillow at no cost that was delivered to our home a few days later. My wife loves it! Even though we only bought a small item, Bella & Tim gave us individual attention and went above & beyond to rectify a unfortunate situation. Because of their great customer service, we are now customers for life! When we are in the market for a new mattress, we know where we are going. We are going to see Bella & Tim at the Lewisville Sleep Experts!"

"I went in with a good idea of what I wanted: either a Purple Hybrid Premier 3 or 4. Both of these beds are leagues higher in quality, ,and price than my current mattress. I treat it as an investment to my body. It's hard to know what beds feel like browsing online. Reviews? It's getting hard to distinguish between what's paid/sponsored, and what reviews are honest and authentic. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Tim at the door. His first question was, "what brings you in today?". I paused for a second, but decided to be honest with my response instead of replying, "oh just browsing". Tim walked me to the Purple mattresses I had in mind, breaking down the key differences between them, and which one would be the best one for me given my sleeping habits. Tim was incredibly honest and helpful with all of the questions I had regarding the mattresses. I would've imagined he would try to sell the most expensive options he had available, but thankfully that wasn't the case (although I was prepared to spend as much as needed to get the best mattress for me). His experience with selling beds, and knowing which beds customers love or end up returning, was incredibly valuable than any answer I could find online. With his help and being able to test the beds in person, we discovered the Purple Hybrid Premier 3, the cheaper option, was actually the one that would be best for me. Tim is a textbook example of what an honest salesman should be: a patient person that helps you find your perfect match and provide helpful answers, without being pushy. Once I'm ready to make a final decision, I'll be coming back and make my purchase. My great experience here was won a customer for life."
