"If I could give them no stars, I would give them none. They violate the Fair Housing Act with no regard. I have two ESAs for PTSD, depression, and anxiety. They told me they don't rent to pet owners. I blatantly stated denying me housing for having two documented ESAs falls under discrimination upon disability. The woman told me that it doesn't matter because their policy is no pets. The woman on the phone was incredibly insensitive and uncaring about their blatant breaking of the law. I filed reports with the US Dept. of Housing and Urband Development and the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights about this incident."
