Reviews of Campus Evolution Villages
"There was a building here with a roof leak for multiple years, the ceilings were painted over anytime there was a patch job to hide the mold. Until the ceiling finally collapsed and ruined that bedroom, they still rented the other units in the apartment. The buildings are not maintained and some could probably invoke renters rights. Every few years it trades businesses because most leasing companies realize how much of a money pit these apartments are and provide less than the bare minimum. The management team is under qualified and will treat you as if you’re less than nothing, more than a few people have been trapped in leases due to their living conditions and scare tactics, some of which include terminating the lease should you take legal action or seek legal counsel due to renters rights being violated or trying to find a way out of their lease this place should’ve been shut down years ago no one has anything good to say about it, it’s unsafe and unethical none of your three roommates are going to be vetted you could live with a genuine crazy person (I had two) and they won’t care about your safety or wellbeing , instead they’ll charge you to transfer to another apartment after so long. If your ac goes to 110 in the summer? They say it’s your filter and you’ll just have to deal with the heat or if your washer breaks they’ll probably break 3 things in the process. Oh and they’re basically gonna show up every month to look for anything they can charge you extra for, from pre damages even if you noted them prior to move in on your paperwork (it doesn’t matter) all the way to if the weather damaged the railing on your balcony and when that’s not enough they’ve literally made up rules in the past just to “fine” you. If they decide to change their address again too, you won’t get any mail. it will become YOUR responsibility to change the address everyone has for you before they sort it. Otherwise they will return it to the post office regardless of if you live there or not, that includes drivers license, registration, work, bills, school and friends. Your internet is through a third party somehow worse than these places, they won’t provide any support for outages because they don’t have a contact number and the office will literally tell you it’s your problem to call and get it fixed and give you an old number. Don’t just avoid this place make sure your loved ones don’t make the mistake of taking a chance with these people"
"I lived here when the pool worked, and it still was a one star experience based on the staffing and the all-around amenities overly charged for almost everything involved, took forever for maintenance to get to my apartment, again I lived there, 10 years ago I could not imagine how bad it is now as I’ve only heard it gone downhill avoid this place like it’s the plague."
"Avoid at all costs. Everything in complete disrepair, service requests go ignored for literally weeks, phone support is non existent, and for the last several nights, my daughter has had to go stay elsewhere because it's 96 degrees in their apartment, and no one will come fix it."
"I agree with the others here, we get almost nothing we pay for. Internet is bad, pools are non existent, and mail is left in the office unattended and often stolen. Don't live here."
"I pay $60 extra for amenities every month and the gym equipment doesn’t work and pools are both not open. I pay my rent early and they added a late fee because their staff doesn’t know how to put anything into a system. Been here leas than a month and it’s already a joke"
