"Venture Properties owns three different locations, Gettysburg, Williamsburg, and Brentwood apartments. I've lived in the Gettysburg and Brentwood apartments and overall I have been very pleased with the properties and owners. The facilities are well-maintained and very clean. They offer one bedroom apartments for $435 a month and two bedroom for I think $650 a month. That price includes rent, water, trash, and extended cable. Electricity and internet are separate. Each apartment also includes a heater and air conditioning unit, refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer, and dryer. Overall, these apartments are a wonderful place to live. All the apartments are close to the Murray State campus, but far enough away that you aren't disturbed by the noise of the rowdy college students. As long as you pay rent on time and are polite to the owners and your neighbors, you shouldn't have any problems. My only complaints are that the Brentwood apartments are a little dated and the units near the trash cans have problems with bugs in the summer."
