We planned spend entire day shopping several stores but after finding the right bed and deal at Sleep City we didn't have to visit another store. Trini was very patient with us and made sure we were happy with what we picked out. Friendly delivery people came out with the new bed and two different box spring sizes to help us figure out the right overall bed height. Very happy with the bed and highly recommend Sleep City."
"Wonderful experience. From sales with Daniel, he was very informative and let us try out matressess but wasn't hovering or pushing us to make a decision. Very much appreciated. And the delivery from Adrian and Jose was wonderful, they set up everything even removed the boards from my bedframe to fit the new base and mattress in and made sure everything was plugged in and in working order. Even took the time to go through the remote, and show how to set the memory settings and what each button did. Wonderful Wonderful experience!"

"Tried to buy a bed her a few months ago, spoke with Daniel via text, went to the store to look and they had a sign up that they were closed. Apparently only one person works in that entire store, said employee had to leave due to emergency. My finances changed in the meantime so we stopped looking. I reached out again today to inquire, same person on text, Daniel. RUDE AS$. Told me "he don't get it", if I'd of ordered 6 months ago I could already be sleeping on it. Told him no thanks, rude, I'll go elsewhere, he just said "cool" sorry youre upset, thanks for reaching out."
