"Anthony was great to work with, let no detail unsaid or question unanswered. We had both a same day delivery of floor model furniture (great condition) and delivered from warehouse. The same day (Darren) was also awesome and carefully done. Highly recommend!"
"Ashley products/furniture return policy is individual to the store. So for everyone's future purchases at Ashley in Grapevine Mills Texas store you should make sure to verify return policy. I have been told I can't return an UNOPENED overpriced $(200.00) mattress protector. I attempted to return it within 7 days and was told not even store credit is an option! So what does that say? Repeat business isn't important to this store. Also the sales reps are at the front door waiting like vultures. Sales rep Ben is nice but didn't go to bat for me and just directed me to an offshore call center number. This is not a customer service friendly policy. Once they have your money they obviously don't care."
"Spencer was great. I had a specifically vague list of what I wanted. Ha! He didn’t waste my time and was able to show me many options that fit the bill and then was patient as I went back and forth to compare. I was very pleased with my experience and my purchase."
"Anthony is such a sweet patient and friendly person.. i purchased a couch, bed set, and a tempur pedic mattress. not only was he negotiable with the price on all furnitures i wanted, he was also very detailed with dimensions and explaining the best options possible. I highly recommend to look for him when purchasing! He will gjve you a great deal thats unbreakable and quality service! I love my furnitures, it went so well!!!!"
"0 stars if I could. We had furniture delivered and assembled and while I was checking everything over they managed to leave out the front door and leave it wide open. I have attempted an exchange but not all parts were included so the drivers couldn’t even attempt a replacement. Ashley argues the broken pieces are not broken (despite the fact their workers can’t even do anything with them). Still attempting a THIRD delivery."
