"I had to do the work myself to figure out closing dates, call the lender to see where everything was...no help from the realtor at all. The previous owner was a heavy smoker, was not disclosed. House was not move in ready. Spent 500.00 for a cleaning crew, had a dispute over 1900...was told by the realtor I had to move( after I closed) sign still in the yard , said he was on his way to get it ...it's still there...will make nice firewood I guess...will never use century 21 again."

"Did not have great service once the deal was sign and agent didn’t listen to how we wanted the contract worded but we moved on. Good thing we were still able to get out of it bc the owner didn't disclosed issues with water damage and structure damages. One Agent in the office seem to cover their client when they didn’t disclose problems on the property and was giving us issues of breaking the contract because the major flaws to the property once the inspection came back. I don’t recommend this office. Btw once we were done with the deal I never heard back from the agent that was working with us. I guess the office was upset they lost double commission. Heck they still have the house for sale yet lost only one true sale so far, we didn’t hear from the agent because they were mad we wanted out. So we moved on with our veteran program and got a new agent recommendation over the weekend and put in offer on a new house already. Unprofessional."
