"I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past. I had some business to attend while in town and stayed at this hotel again. The hotel and room is extremely clean! I used the fitness center and they have enough to get by with two treadmills, an elliptical, dumbbells to 50 lbs a weight bench a bike and some bands. Skeeter that works in the breakfast area is super friendly and attentive to all needs. Checkin and checkout was flawless."

"Keisha & Victoria gave me the best service I’ve had at a hotel. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile. I was given an immaculate room in the desired location. Room was clean & spacious. My plans the next morning were delayed due to weather. Victoria arranged a later checkout time with no hassle, so I wouldn’t have to sit in the cold. I will definitely be back!"

"The entire facility is clean and well kept. The decorations were beautiful for Christmas. We stayed in room 204. Our biggest disappointment was the mattress. It was hard like a box spring with a thin pillow top on it. Sleeping was painful with pressure points. I took photos of the make and model Serta Perfect Sleeper Emerald Suite 3. The automatic climate control in the room was fantastic and did not smell at all as it switched from cooling to warming. Water pressure was ok but not anything amazing. When I turned the head to the center, thick jets they couldn't go any direction but down despite pointing the head upwards. The room looks lovely inside as did the bathroom. No leaks on to the floor while showering in the walk in shower."
