"Very nicely place to live for the people who live in this area. Very quiet and peaceful we other people keep to themselves."

"Horrible, nasty (black mold and nicotine bleeding through the paint, from where they painted over it instead of actually cleaning/fixing the problem), broken (toilet runs non stop, auto setting on the thermostat doesnt work, drains are messed up in the bathroom and kitchen, oven doesn't work right), run down, bug infested (roaches, mice, spiders, ect), slumlord. Dishonest (charging every late fee possible during covid 19 even though prohibited by both the state and federal governments) (refusing payments from tenants inorder to push evictions), landlord wont fix anything, they might come out and rig it where it works for a day or two before breaking again. Do not recomend, not worth the headache no matter how cheap it is. I refuse to ever live in forest hills again, they need new management, new maintenance, hell a new owner"

"Old and outdated design, washer and dryer are oddly and inconveniently placed, soil not fit for gardening, front outside hose placement on mine was behind a plant placed so I could not even access it, very little storage space."
