"Great apartment, lovely grounds, skillful maintenance workers, excellent manager, and wonderful neighborhood. On move-in day, my unit was neat and clean, and management was welcoming and professional. My building was quiet and peaceful, the windows were large and light, and the unit had nice features. There was a ceiling fan and ceramic tile flooring in the dining area, and there was plenty of closet space. Tenants have access to the seasonal pool with views of large trees. The laundry facility is secure, convenient, and affordable. I have no complaints, really enjoyed my year living here, and will miss Vicky and all my good neighbors."

"DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP. I have lived here over a year and there is nothing but problems. The apartments leak, and when I say leak its constant. The morons they hire to do maintnance do shoddy work, don't attempt to clean up after themselves, and are constantly making problems worse. The Apartment Manager is a is a 2 faced snake. Will smile and lie until you sign the lease then you better watch out. All the positive reviews that mention the manager are probably filled out by her or family as they DO NOT reflect reality. The lies the shoddy workmanship and greed fill this place and it shows. I challenge the supposed owner to justify these pictures, This was left on a Friday night and when the "wonderful" manager was contacted her reply was "we might get to it on Monday". That's your "professional" Manager, Mr Owner. Decide on your own if you move here, but you cannot say you were not warned."

"I've been here about two months. The Good: This is a nice place to live. The property is fairly well-kept and VERY quiet. The exteriors are all clean and the place is affordable for the amount of living space you get. I pay 565 a month for 800 sq feet, that's a pretty good deal. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly and the property manager Vicky is very professional. The Bad: These are very minor but... there are no overhead lights in the bedrooms or living room, the first day I got here I had to shuffle lamps around to light every room. It would have been helpful it this had been mentioned during move-in. The windows are thin and don't hold heat or cool very well. The lease says no smoking but people smoke inside my building all the time. Other than that I've been extremely happy here and highly recommend Riviera Apartments! Keep up the great work!"

"I'm so pleased to find exactly what I was looking for at Riviera. After selling my house, I was in need of finding an apartment, and Vicky, the property manager, was extremely nice and professional in helping assist me with finding exactly what I needed. The application process, lease agreement, and move-in went very smoothly. I'm very happy to have a washer and dryer in the apartment, as well as a dishwasher. I've lived at Riviera for over a year now, and have needed to request maintenance only once. Vicky was prompt and quick to resolve my concern. The maintenance staff was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of my time. I find Vicky to be professional, honest, quick to respond, and personable. The complex and grounds are kept clean, manicured, and are well-lit. I'm happy to recommend Riviera to anyone looking for an apartment."

"I have been living here since June 2015 and have renewed my lease for 2 more years. Its been a huge change since I moved in for the better. The current manager is on top of it and place is clean and quiet all the time. I have two of my coworkers who also moved in since I told them how good it is."
