"The staff is extremely friendly and easily accessible for any needs or questions, no matter how big or small. The people who live in the villas are also friendly and welcoming. The rent is a very reasonable price for what you get. I can tell that the inside of the apartments were really taken care of when renovating—no outlets, etc. have just been painted over hastily and everything looks very neat and professional. LOV is also EXTREMELY friendly for first-time renters figuring out the process! I also feel safe in this neighborhood. I would highly recommend living here."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! They ROACHES BAD. Also the property manager is a very bad woman she doesn’t care about you and will continuously ignore you. The parking lot is TERRIBLE with pot holes that will swallow a car. We have nails that come out of the floor, don’t try wiping anything off the wall because the paint comes with it, they have gaps underneath the door so you have to stuff it to keep your heat in. Want to move out? Too bad every person we found to sublease our apartment Vicki and Stephanie talked them into taking a “new apartment” so you can NEVER sublease. Walls are paper thin so have fun listening to your neighbors!! IF YOU HAVE KIDS 17 or younger you have to be outside with them 100% of the time or you get a fine you have to pay within 24 hours! Flat tire? No problem! They will have you towed at your expense before you even have a chance to realize it’s flat! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT LIVE HERE⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️"
