"Clean, nice apartments, great, friendly staff on board, neighbors are friendly but like to gossip, there are cameras for the residents safety."
"The complex sits close to the Ohio River. Built out of brick with metal roofs. Clean grounds with place to hang cloths. Walkway to your duplex, assigned parking. Only one car. Management is very nice but professional. Walking distance to the downtown area. Very quiet town. People here hold old-fashioned values, so there is low crime. Elizabeth Town is the county seat, so you can do most of your requirements for housing right here in town. Only a few blocks to the county building."
