"Although my pool is beautiful and my children are living their best life, I would not have chosen to work with Backyard Environments if I would have known the building process would have gone the way it did. The lack of communication baffled me the entire experience. I would have to follow up with the company to see when the next step would happen as if I did not, then I would never have received an update. I would go weeks at times without hearing anything then surprised to find a contractor in my backyard. The moment the last payment was received communication has almost come to a hault. I have pieces of rock coming off my brand new pool and falling in the pool and getting stuck in the vacuum. I have reached out multiple times over the past several weeks with no response or willingness to come repair the issues. I still haven't even received the covers for the drains or the volleyball net we were offered to try to make up for all the issues that occurred during our build. We have made sure that all our guests who ask who built our pool know to not use Backyard Environments and let them know all the issues we encountered along the way due to poor management. Hopefully the owner justifies our issues but I'm no longer holding our breath."
